Insanity. Day 21
Insanity
Tomorrow will be day 21. I started at 216lbs and am down to 200lbs. My body fat percentage came down from 26% to 21%.
The workouts are tough as hell. Especially the first week. It was hard waking up the next day and following through with the next day’s workout when your body is sore but I was able to pull through. After the first week I wasn’t feeling sore anymore but my body does get fatigued. I’ve been working out going on 6 years and this is probably the best cardio shape I’ve been in.
I didn’t take a “before” picture in the mirror but I guess I’ll find a picture of me that was taken right before I started. I’ll post that and in progress picture on my next post.
This will be me tonight. At least in my head.
